Looking for 3 Web Application Developers / Instructional Designers / User Interface Designers with 3- 5 years of experience.

In this position, you will be developing interactive MySQL code and 80% of the position is in ActionScript.  This is for building an in-house application.

The the top 3 skills are Actionscript coding (preferably 2.0 - 3.0), MySQL, XML, FLASH, ColdFusion is desirable.

• Develops and maintains all technology solutions for training delivery while adhering to company BT standards and protocol.
• Applies extensive programming knowledge to develop training templates for use by Curriculum Design staff to create training interventions.
• Provides avenue for delivery of consistent look and feel for all training interventions.
• Develops and maintains regular library of content tools (icons, graphics, etc.) and CBT/WBT templates for Curriculum Designer use in content development which is consistent with COE and company strategies.
• Understands industry trends in application development.

Creative Services

• Production of all graphic design, audio/visual and creative requests.
• Understands industry trends in graphic design and audio/visual creative delivery and incorporates those trends with company and department strategies in order to determine best solution to apply in any given request.

This position reports to Manager, Training Application Development.

• Works closely with NTM, Delivery, Curriculum Design Managers and Curriculum Designers.
• Regularly interacts with Trainers, Department Managers, Team Leaders, and all levels of operations. Works closely with Manager, Intranet Strategy.
• Interacts with all levels of management in all lines of business. Position expected to stay in touch with industry through participation in appropriate Trade Associations and other networking groups.
