Job Title: Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate Specialist
Need Paralegals to assist our Real Estate Legal group.
Large initiative for restaurant renovations for this upcoming year. Once regions approve a particular restaurant renovation the paperwork will be sent to Legal to work with the property management to approve the renovation and work on Legal Clearances.
An individual that is familiar with titles, can read a survey and understands the leasing process is required.
Must have's include:
• Title and Survey interpretation
• Understanding of Leasing/Leases
Nice to have:
• Real Estate experience
